The F&I team has more than 40 years of experience in various aspects of commercial and civil space including the development of critical space technologies, space exploration, space sustainability, scientific research, and earth observation. In addition, F&I has in depth knowledge of emerging sectors such as space tourism and in space assembly, repair and manufacturing.

Workforce Development

The F&I team has expertise creating national STEM education initiatives that align government, academic, nonprofit and industry priorities and goals. Our team works with clients to address critical challenges in STEM and Computer Science. We use  data-driven insights, strategic planning, and evidence-based research to shape and scale innovative initiatives, and cultivate cross-sector collaborations.

Anticipating current and future workforce needs is increasingly important to individuals, industry, academia and governments.  F&I has experience identifying workforce trends, workforce development priorities, and creative solutions to assist organizations in transforming workforce education and development strategies.

F&I staff have developed Science and Technology Policy to address National Security, Economic Competitiveness, International Cooperation and other issues that are key to US science and technology leadership.

F&I staff have worked closely with Government and industry to develop innovation frameworks that are designed to create a culture of innovation that ultimately increases the pace of innovation throughout the organization.
